Another Ear Check Up For The Baby
Last month, Alex had a pretty bad ear infection. We took her to the same doctor that “installed” her ear tubes last year, and he put her on ear drops of some sort. Anyway, I brought her back to his office to (hopefully) get the “all clear”, and things went well. He expects the ear tubes to fall out soon, so I need to take her for another check-up in six months.
At the office, Alex was her typical self. She was saying “Hi!” to every single person that walked through the door, reading some of the books that they had on the end tables, and having a good time. Last time we went, she ended up sitting on an old man in a wheelchair’s lap while we waited for her appointment. I think we better start working on the “Don’t talk to strangers!” shtick soon!
